The location is perfect for exploring the city.
I was really disappointed with the lack of maintenance. The room I stayed in was outdated, and the shower had erratic temperature control, making it quite frustrating to use. Additionally, I found the absence of an elevator very inconvenient as I had to haul my luggage up to the third floor, which was exhausting.

The room conditions were abysmal, smelly, and unkempt, resembling a neglected doghouse. Major plumbing issues made for an uncomfortable experience. Avoid at all costs. this place is not worth any price. My greatest regret is not heeding the warnings.

Staying at this hotel was fun for my big family, especially with the kids. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to nearby attractions like the Almaty Opera House. We loved the spacious suite with a breathtaking view of the mountains.
My wife says that the breakfast could use more variety.

I absolutely loved the friendly staff who made my solo travel experience memorable. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options, catering to every taste. My suite was not only spacious but also spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable stay that felt like a home away from home.
The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying my luggage a bit of a workout.

The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast offered a fantastic range, including delicious Neapolitan pizza, and there was ample choice to satisfy any appetite. However, the lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially since I was on a higher floor. I also experienced some issues with the room's amenities that could use an update, like the shower's inconsistent temperature. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable.
